  Excellent guesthouse with fantastic rooms very close to the main street with plenty of shops and bars. The owners were very welcoming as were all of the staff and the breakfast was excellent. Dressing gowns were provided to walk the short distance to and from the room. The constant smell of - If you are looking for a very special Inn with charming super clean rooms and a great vibe, this is the place! The owners and staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly while also being respectful of your space. Fantastic food, beautiful garden, so close to all that Chatham has to offer. We are returning!

  The owner of Hampton Terrace was very welcoming and helpful. He even graciously printed and scanned documents for me, when a bit of work surfaced that I hadn't finished up before leaving for vacation. It's a very short walk to the shops and restaurants in Lenox center and to Shakespeare and Co. The drive to Tanglewood tak - We received a warm welcome from the host to this lovely, romantic and conveniently-located inn. The room was beautiful, imaginatively- furnished and extremely comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. The owner was available and provided helpful suggestions about area restaurants and other local attractions, many within walking distance or a quick drive. Common rooms were inviting, with games and and many books available. It was a splendid experience in every way.
