  Owners were really nice & friendly. The daily breakfast was pretty good. Location is excellent and you get free parking! And the price was very reasonable (meaning $200/night which is considered a "great deal" for O.C.). They also include lots of other amenities which I didn't realize when booking: free beach towels, free beach chairs, hot tub... hva folk sier » , and regular umbrellas for use (not beach umbrellas) which came in handy when it rained. Also they put out some snacks in the evening which are delis - Owners Bryan and Josephine were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel right at home, cooked delicious breakfasts and had plenty of enjoyable recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. We can't wait to go back and stay again!
