  One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon .   The hotel is in a great location, the free Charm City circular passes straight pass the hotel. It is only a 10 minute walk to the harbour front and 5 minute walk to City hall and Lexington Market.   Our daughter lives down the road from this hotel and we take the grandkids there for a staycation. There are quite a few hotels in the area, but we chose this one because it is clean, well appointed and has an indoor pool and a pretty good breakfast bar. - very clean, beds slept well, mattresses had bed bug covers & cont. breakfast.
