  We arrived and were given a studio. This was not the room we looked at online. The room we looked at online said there was a sleeper sofa in the room, however, ithere was only a couch in the studio. We went to the front desk and the attendant there was very polite very considerate and told us that th hotel was full Saturday night but she woul... hva folk sier » d immediately move us Sunday to a king suite that had a couch bed. This was accomplished and our stay at the hotel was very good. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very spacious and clean. Highly recommend as a great place to stay as well as a good value.

Husk å ringe til hotellresepsjonen om at du venter på shuttelbussen, og fortell hvilken terminal du står utenfor. Ingen støy på hotellrommet, verken fra trafikk eller fly.Store fine... hva folk sier » rom, med gasspeis. Flatskjerm i stue og begge soverom. Veldig gode senger. En god håndfull restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet av hotellet. ATM inne i, - I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles. The Two Bedroom Queen Suite was spacious, comfortable and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was really good with an array of options. Homemade waffles are a must! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful experience. My family and I are already planning our next trip and - Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service to the airport to get to the CTA blue line to access the whole Chicago area. Drivers were punctual and courteous.
