The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. The Spa was great and staff very pleasant and accomodating. Also had lunch in the grill area. Staff there were very nice as well. Front desk staff were exceptional as well. -

I loved the experiene of staying at a casino for the first time. I loved that there were smoke free casinos available. The food at the hard rock was delicious. The room was quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The setting could not be more beautiful. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very lovely. The public spaces are sumptuous and elegantly appointed. The rooms while extremely basic, and more like a well designed motel than a resort still had the finest textiles. Thick towels and pillow top beds with high count sheets.

The waiter for our dinner was great. We wanted something that was not on the menu and they accommodated us very nicely. we we running short on time as we were going to an event a few miles away and when we told him this he brought us the bill immediately. He could not have been nicer!!!

Un-fortunatly when we arrived we could not see the lobby for Sala Dancers, their friends parents etc. There was a lot of noise in the corridors but the staff stopped that & the manager was incredible kind to us.........
