  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  All requests were taken care of promptly. Staff was friendly. Condo was beautiful. Condo location worked out as I did not have to take mom outside more than a couple of feet to the hot tubs that worked. It all worked out, even tho several pools were not available.   We only stayed for one night, but found the service to be excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the mountains, and the kids liked the pool table and x-box games in an area right off the lobby. We felt like we belonged there - even though we just came down for the night from Denver (to get out of Denver!) on a deal.
