Incredibly friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, location wonderful just steps from the ski lift with free shuttles to the other 3 mountains, room very spacious, free shuttle to Aspen, free breakfast, easy access from room to slope, hotel food great, plus food at nearby Bumps very good.

It is a wonderful place to stay in Aspen. We were there one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We travelled with another couple and it was convenient for us to all stay in this spacious condo. We had an upgrade on our reservation and enjoyed the furnishings, art work and well stocked kitchen. The beds wee comfy with very nice linens.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were great really helpful. Excellent facilities including a free laundry and well equipped gym. Staff were also very tolerant and helpful after I lost my credit card (I'm from overseas) so very happy with the customer service. -

Price first. Place ws basically no frills, but still - coffe maker, fridge, firm mattress, plenty of hot water. This was our fourth visit to Aspen but the first time to stay there. This trraditional, historical and luxury hotel is one of best ones in the States, I believe. All requests were taken care of promptly. Staff was friendly. Condo was beautiful. Condo location worked out as I did not have to take mom outside more than a couple of feet to the hot tubs that worked. It all worked out, even tho several pools were not available. Mom was happy. -
