Incredibly friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, location wonderful just steps from the ski lift with free shuttles to the other 3 mountains, room very spacious, free shuttle to Aspen, free breakfast, easy access from room to slope, hotel food great, plus food at nearby Bumps very good.

The location was perfect - close to convention center and next to 16th street mall with tons of restaurants & shopping. My room was gorgeous - a kitchen area with hardwood floor, a living room with flatscreen TV, a separate bedroom with a flatscreen & walk in closet. The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and
always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was
fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St.
Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to
get to where we were going.

The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. The food is

The hotel is excellent. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just
tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are
nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the
staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees).
This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an
excellent restaurant(s).
