  The room was really nice, it had a couch, refrigerator and everything we would need. The price was very reasonable. The location was great: a couple of minutes from down town Aspen, with plenty of parking and near by running trails. The staff was very friendly. I was very impressed. - Incredibly friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, location wonderful just steps from the ski lift with free shuttles to the other 3 mountains, room very spacious, free shuttle to Aspen, free breakfast, easy access from room to slope, hotel food great, plus food at nearby Bumps very good.

  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  The staff was very accommodating. We loved the room with 3 queen beds as it met our family's needs. That option was far preferable to having to get a roll-away or a separate room & was reasonably priced. Very close to expressway for easy access but noise was minimal. I also was impressed with the breakfast buffet, which included many more items than I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

  This was our fourth visit to Aspen but the first time to stay there. This trraditional, historical and luxury hotel is one of best ones in the States, I believe. Not only the room we stayed but the common area are so nice!   We had some car trouble and it was looking like we were going to be stranded in Craig!! The hotels maintenance man was a life saver. He came back after his shift with tools and helped us fix the truck. I am blown away by his generosity and kindness! - staff was helpful, considerate, accurate and efficient.

  I stayed the night of 8/5. The frontal desk lady was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and went out of her way to make me comfortable. The room was very nice and the cleanest room of 7 I stayed in on this trip. The lady on shift the next morning was also friendly and hardworking.   Everyone one was helpful and kind. I like that the workers are able to have their family's stay at the hotel for convenience and it reminds the guests they have family too during holidays. - Price was good for a Ramada Inn Location was excellent for the Hot Springs!

  Liked the courtyard, ask for a courtyard view if you can. Loved the ecological attitude, recycle bins, refillable toiletry containers in the shower, colored washcloths for makeup removal, etc. Don't be fooled by the name, the architecture is lodge-like, but the location is urban. - Very comfortable room and bed. Great staff.
