  the staff was friendly and helpful; the parking was reasonable and convenient and parking staff was courteous. The proximity to the Civic Center, The Asian Art Museum, St. Mary's Cathedral, Japantown, Market Street, Union Square was great. I liked the plush beddings, the updated bathroom; the breakfast area was neat, sunny and the 8th floor locatio... hva folk sier » n with the cityview was a nice way to begin my day - The rooms were very clean and very fresh feeling with large full wall windows. The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. An excellent value for the money in a very convenient location just 10-15 minutes walk to Union Square at a fraction of the price.
