for the price it was excellent, no bugs, comfortable beds, nice clean pool , excellent breakfast buffet and the staff were very friendly and conscientious I wold definitely stay here again location is great off the main rd, going into Disney loved it -

The staff were excellent and the location was really good, only a 5
minute drive to the I4, giving easy access to all attractions, also 5
minutes north up International Drive there were lots of other
restaurants and things to do and see of an evening.. The hotel was
always clean and in good order. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and willing to help-always with a smile.
Breakfast included was great and of good quality.
Easy to get in and out of the hotel-we drove our own car.
Parking lot felt safe when we had to come inside at night.
Elevators never seemed crowded and the facilities were very clean. It always smelled nice in the lobby and in the hallways-nice clean scent.
Cleaning staff was very friendly. We chose not to get our room cleaned while we were there to help out all we could.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help. We only required an overnight stay but wanted enough space for 4 adults to relax in - this fitted the bill completely. The free wifi was good too. -

at front desk. There is free transportation for every theme park. They
receive packages for you at no extra charges. There is a pizza hut and a

Even enjoyed the racoon and resident cat. - We arrived a couple of days before our scheduled stay and we were pleasantly surprised when they not only found us a room but gave us a free upgrade. The suite we had was huge and very clean and homey. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the free, hot daily breakfast made it an unbeatable deal. This has to rate as one of the best stays in our many years of travel.

the security of knowing anyone could not just come in, get on the elevators and wander throughout the hotel. i loved the staff stopping to ask if you need anything or if they could assist in any way. - Great location; great service! Comfortable.

This hotel is immaculate. The room is large and looks like it has just
been updated. Clean beyond words.
The room we stayed in had a large king size bed, which I shared with my daughter. A room separator with a desk on one side split the room to separate the chaise couch on the other side, where my son slept.
The bed I slept in was so comfortable

The shower is glass enclosed and spotless. It has all the dials you need -
Friendly staff, well lit parking, good breakfast, close to everything, clean rooms. My teenagers were late eaters and would always go down right before breakfast ended and the kitchen staff always made sure they got what they needed.

The staff were extremely helpful.
The food at the bar and in the restaurant was lovely and we ate there quite often. The pool was lovely and relaxing. The room was clean with plenty of facilities eg fridge, coffee machine, microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was divine. -

The location was very convient to all Disney parks. Very easy accessto I-4 interstate. They had the room as we had asked. Coffee was very good. Ticket purchase at the hotel made things very improved for our visits to the parks. -

the water park had something for both of our kids to play in. The small grocery store was great had alot of stuff and wasn't expensive. Most hotels don't offer that kind of store. Loved that we could get pizza on site. offered alot for your money. very impressed will stay here again. guarenteed. -

Location was wonderful. We also loved the kids suite. Having two tv's was a life saver at night. The staff was great. I am on oxygen and I use a scooter. The rate is so inexpensive for the nice room. They had free scheduled shuttle bus (which also stops at other hotels) to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World, although the schedule is quite limited. - It was inexpensive but othet that that nothing else was good
