  I had several special requests prior to and during our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and truly did everything to make things work as I requested. Elizabeth was sweet and good natured and handled things very professionally and with kindness. I worked with the manager Ryan to finalize my special accommodations and he went above and b... hva folk sier » eyond to stay within the policies of the organization and yet meet my needs. He did so with such grace that I was truly impressed. In fact, every one - I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza, or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!
