I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.

Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones. My wife LOVED the SPA it's a park like price, so if you got people who doesn't want to go to the parks, they can spend the same money on the SPA and get much more

The hotel was gorgeous & the staff were amazing. We dined at several of the restaurants and the food was very good beware however as the portions are rather big. We will definitely stay there again.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -

I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.
