  I was pleasantly surprised. After going to some other mediocre Holiday Inns in the past, this one made a strongly positive impression with its cleanliness, comfort (especially the beds) and helpful staff. The area is also very nice looking (the town and surrounding mountains), and it's very close to the MassMOCA art museum. - Pool, spa and gym ... hva folk sier » were extremely good. Everything was clean. Staff were lovely -- especially our breakfast waitress, Kathleen.
