New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

Loved the hotel. Beds very comfortable and super idea that they move in or out to give more room. Room had everything we needed. I was there with my 23 year old daughter for a mother and daughter break and we found the hotel perfect for what we wanted. Clean, comfortable and close enough to everywhere. The rooms were very large for NYC with a nice view of the Empire State Bldg. What I liked the most was how clean and modern the hotel was. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. The rooftop deck provided nice views of the city as well. Breakfast was also a nice feature. Eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. Great value for the money. - Location: the hotel is situated only a few steps from the Flatiron building. It is a nice area with beautiful places for having breakfast and dinner. Visit the markets at Union Square and General Worth Square.
- Our room was very spacious and nicely furnished. Actually, our room was too big since we only went there to sleep.

Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and very accommodating. The in-house restaurant, Blue Ribbon Sushi, was absolutely and almost surprisingly delicious, and the ambience made the experience all the better. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and stylish, comfortable and spacious. The location in the LES of Manhattan is perfect, you can't ask for more!
