The hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. One
of the few hotels in the vicinity that offers free wi-fi in the room and
breakfast (with good coffee). I also found the room to be more spacious
than any other nyc hotel room in which I've stayed. Our room was

I loved the location of the hotel and it was perfect for a city break. The room was small but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the place was extremely clean. The hotel had top of the range facilities including a very plush rooftop bar and the room was finished to a very high standard.The breakfast was delicious and the parking facilities were excellent and didn't cost too much.The wifi was really fast and free also. We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The Four Points hotel is located right next to the bus station (the bus stops on 42nd St – but at the back of the bus station is 40th St where the hot

Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags -
The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

The neighborhood is very interesting with lots of good restaurants serving nice meals at interesting prices (Stella Maris, Il brigante, MarkJoseph steakhouse, Suteishi,...). During our stay we had a quiet room on the 5th floor. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. I would come back at any time and will definetely recommand the hotel

This was a fantastic hotel for a nyc break. 10 minutes from time
square and just down the road from Hell's Kitchen Flea Market at
the weekend (a must visit). Excellent staff willing to help at all
times. Room was ideal, perfect for 2 people sharing..when people
suggest they are too small I wonder want they want the room for? This
was a city break

The location, staff, and cleanliness of the room. Excellent all around!
The location is a few blocks from The Port Authority Bus They don't
do room service every day, but if you need anything (towels, trash taken
out, dishwashing soap, etc.) the staff is super responsive and so nice!
The kitchen comes with pots, pans, and storage dishes so we could cook
in some nights and save a bit of money. We would stay here again in a
heartbeat.

I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I
knew what I was going to get. I appreciate the early check in, the late
check out, and, more importantly, thank you for honoring my request for
a crib, it made a huge difference! Jane at the front desk was amazing!
