Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. Also walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved the complimentary soft drinks

what we really like is that the beds are firm because my husband has a bad back, the size of the room so we don't feel squished in like many city rooms and the closeness if the subway plus beautiful to walk along the river and sip your moring cofee

The best hotel experience I have ever had. Marvellous staff, good breakfast, always something to eat and drink in Rick´s Cafe. Quiet rooms, luxury bathrooms, cleaning every day, very polite staff, the best situated hotel in town right in the middle of everything. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a friendly and professional staff named Joe. We had called earlier that am prior to boarding our flight to get an early check in time with success. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for with less volume of people in and out of it for the NY Marathon weekend. The restaurant right next door had nice organic food choices and we loved that we did not have to go out in the cold and could walk straight through the lobby to dine.
