The location is very good....MSP is close, the MOA is not that far..and easy access to most of the major highways in and around the Twin Cities. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Great location. Staff very nice. Clean property throughout. The heater in the room was quiet compared to the noisy alternatives at other properties.

As soon as we walked through the front door, I was impressed, and the staff was absolutely above and beyond in terms of courteousness, helpfulness, and all around dedicated to customer service. I would definitely stay here again. Room was clean, beds had nice linens and lots of pillows. Halls were clean and smelled nice. Great hotel for a great price.

Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door opened way too close to the toilet. Very odd design.

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff people were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful and filling. We appreciated our room and had a comfortable stay.

The pool was great, and the staff and shuttle service to The Mall of America where excellent.

Rooms were clean, soft sheets and comforter, tv worked fine, lights and outlets were convenient.

Walls were a little thin, between bathroom and bedroom and room-to-room.

The entire place was clean and welcoming. The furnishings were modern and nice. A great assortment for breakfast. Loved the free Wi-fi!!! Also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the fitness room. The location was very convenient to all that Minneapolis/St. Paul has to offer.

Friendly staff, nice setting, appreciated the shuttle to the airport, comfortable room.

The only thing we could comment negatively on is not the hotel's fault. We were promised a hot breakfast, but the delivery truck was late so we didn't get one before we had to leave for the airport.

lady and children in breakfast room with no shoes--signs posted--you can't be the police-I understand-happens where I work-independent living senior building. Don't get me started on "service" dogs!!!!

Staff was fantastic. Loved location and ease of getting to major places from hotel. They did attempt to correct an issue we had.

Air conditioner didn't keep room at a temperature we liked for sleeping. Bed wasn't super comfy.

It was dirty. Food under the bed and the hotel was rough and clutter in the main office.
