We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade from studio to 1 br. The apartment was big, with top quality washer / dryer and full kitchen. So much better value than a hotel. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in with top quality linens and very good toiletries. Wi-fI is super hi-speed. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles. The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.

  As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was great............would have loved to have stayed longer. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.
