The location was outstanding: right across from the beach. The pool had a wonderful set up with cabannas and two smaller pools which made it more intimate. The décor was modern and fun. The staff was very accommodating and knew us by name. I even got a text on my cell phone asking if we needed any help. There wasn't a wait for valet to bring the car up.

We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help. The location is amazing...walking distance to the designer shops on Rodeo Drive shops and Century City Mall. -

Another plus is the breakfast, very good with many options from waffles and muffins to fruits and yogurt, juices, coffee, just great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, good customer service! The room was very clean, confortable, and with all amenities (good air conditioner, fridge, lcd tv, a safe, etc.); this was a king room.

Everything! My room, though not large, was beautifully appointed with a deck and a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. I could see past the Ferris Wheel at the Santa Monica Pier!
The room service was outstanding and breakfast at the gourmet restaurant was wonderful. Each staff member I met was warm, friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely return again and again!
