  I liked the fact that everyone on your staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. I was especially impressed with Bonnie Ashbury, who works in the buffet breakfast area. She was sincerely friendly, pleasantly out- going, dedicated 100% to customer service/satisfaction, and extremely hard working.   The set-up of hotel. The hotel staff friendly and professional. Always asking how everything is and volunteering information before asked. The rooms and dinning above great with sit down restaurant feel and quality. Staff on hand to help and ask questions @ breakfast. Not left to self like other hotels that give breakfast. Something new and innova... hva folk sier » tive, was the lounge time with snacks and drinks. The gym made me want to get back to my exercise routine @ home. Didn't notice if a pool? But will bo - I bed was amazing, the tv had great choices, the staff answered questioned quickly and have direct answers that are helpful. The Breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was cooked fast and yet it was good. The staff helpful with all the dirty plates to make sure that we had clean area. They had to news up and that was great to watch the news eat breakfast and head out to the airport with no problems.

  Honestly, we liked everything! But i'll just mention some key ones. The airport shuttle was point on. The free shuttle also takes you to Amtrak for inter city trains and brings you back to the hotel, all you have to do is ring the reception and you will be picked up in the shortest time which was amazing. If you can get your breakfast included in your rates you a - This is a hotel that was once a Holiday Inn and has undergone some very positive changes over the years. The staff greets you with a smile a you receive a bag of fresh cookies when you check in. The restaurant in the hotel is a great option in lieu of going out to dinner

  I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were almost never in use the two times we went down. The walls for the room were not paper thin like most hotels. There were about 5 other hotels a stones throw from the Westin and I've always been a Marriott gal myself having worked fo - The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.
