Everything was excellent: staff, food, atmosphere, service, location, hotel itself! Incredible! Cool stuff)!
Nothing.
All good
facilities were excellent, staff very polite and well trained
It felt like they were trying to charge you anyway possible for the littlest thing. I didn't like the $25/ day "resort charge" for the ability to make phone calls and use of wireless connection for internet. I didn't use either service, yet still paid.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great view from our room
Public Restrooms were appalling

I am from Turkey, my first Vegas visit was back in 1973.. I like Encore.. Actually everything, only at noon building Wynn makes shadows for those having sunshine around pool!!!!
first class hotel, probably the best on the strip in my humble opinion. Very lively, beautifully decorated, excellent restaurants on-site
the only downfall was one of the manager's attitude in the tower suites, who refused to allow a special delivery to our room, without giving any specific or justified reason.
Casino filled with natural light. The decor thru-out was enchanting and the entertainment venues make it easy to stay on sight. Rooms were quiet.
We were disappointed with the mattresses. Too soft and lumpy.
Friendly staff. Room size is very good. Variety of Resturant. Excellent show which is le Reve. The resort exceeded my expectation.
Great hotel, superb array of facilities, large and immaculate room and bathroom. Great location that is central to everything. So happy we chose this place, it is wonderful!!
Not being able to stay longer!
the hotel is very good
the staff is very bad, especially the reception.
Room is much bigger than my expectation. The color and decoration are amazing. A very nice hotel to stay.
Hotel was beautiful and clean. It wasn't smoky like most hotels in Vegas. The room was really nice and spacious especially the bathroom.
Location, at the end of the strip but me and my husband are walkers so I didn't mind.
Huge suite bedroom & excellent bathroom. Good location for visiting Las Vegas Convention Center and on the strip.
No kettle / tea making facilities in the room & no complimentary water / snacks. Lobby / casino was a bit garish for my taste too.
This was a much quieter casino hotel and suited us well, it was very well situated and next to the fashion mall and on the strip bus route near the premier outlet for those who enjoy shopping. Housekeeping staff were fast and efficient. We were on our honeymoon so got a great view of the strip, and staff were very friendly. If paying resort fee your wifi is included however this was not made clear on check in, I would recommend and will be coming back again.
On one occasion there was a night where the nightclub was open and even on the 30th floor is was as loud as being inside.
Cleanliness, attention to detail, casino is a very nice size and if you want something bigger, the Red Card works at the Wynn also. Food was very good, cocktail service in the casino was good, staff was very polite and professional.
Nothing that I can think of.
Cocktails are outrageously priced. You can't afford to go dancing if you want to be able to sit down
Loved loved loved everything!!! Have never had a more balanced wknd between amazing party and good sleep <3
Buffet wasnt as 'amazing' as anticipated, but nontheless still offered good things.
Everything! The place was amazing! I will never stay anywhere else! The advantages of booking a Tower suite was tremendous!
Clear and beautiful. Not too many people in casie and lobby.
Wi fi not free. Many one day tourists as it seems to me.
Excellent service. Not as busy and noisy sa other hotels
Just wonderful
The staff and service. Both hotel and wedding staff were amazing and made our special day far more memorable than we could have expected. We will be forever greatful for this.
We found that there was nothing to unlike about our stay.
It was great
Nothing
excellent hotel
Staff, casino, restaurant, view, bed... ...
Everything is charged

Location
The hotel was GORGEOUS! Just walking through the lobby, checking in, and making our way up to our room, the entire building was stunning (and they were pumping a beautiful fragrance into the lobby that really added to the atmosphere). The room was also SPECTACULAR! Pricey, but so worth it! Everything was amazing, I would love to stay there again.
I little too expensive
overall brilliant
nothing really
perfect clean
I guess it's the best hotel in Vegas at all. I liked everything starting from rooms and finish with show and restaurants
Located in a really start of strip street, but still has everything you need inside
amazing hotel great staff
just the location
Everything was perfect
The room and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was super friendly.
the restaurants located within the hotel were overpriced whereas the buffets were better priced The hotel should forewarn guest about the 150/day hold on debit cards and then waiting 5 days aftrr check out to receive money back
Really clean comfy and good location. Promoters were good for all the clubs to que jump and get free drinks. Sugar and ice was a cheap cafe that did good food and all the clubs were amazing. End of the strip but opposite the fashion show mall for any shopping and taxis were only $20 to the other side of the strip.
The only problem we had was that we paid up front for everything but when we got there we were told we HAD to pay a $25 per night service charge to the room which covered us for wifi and drinks - I argued I didn't want to use these facilities but was told it wasn't an option so had to pay this ridiculous fee and the wifi didn't work 90% of the time!
Encore is just Fantastic! Everythink was great including Le Reve show, the best show of Vegas. Room with fantastic view of Las Vegas, fine restaurants, breakfast buffet considered the number 1 of Vegas. Encore Hotel, the best in the world. Just Perfect!!! Hope to return soon.
Beautiful décor - impeccable service spacious rooms - great location
Expensive wines at some restaurants (only 2 pinot noirs out of a total of 18 or so on the wine list) under $100/bottle at one of the hotel's restaurants)
Very nice hotel, but noisy we were not able to sleep because of music down and thin walls you can hear people talking next door
The hotel decoration, the swimming pool and the restaurant were amazing.
Everything was great, this is VEGAS !
Great atmosphere. Lovely helpful staff. Extremely big well designed room (luxury). Very comfortable bed. The room designed like a luxurious studio apartment with bedroom, living room and an extremely big and beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed every second there.
The minibar was full of the hotel's over priced items that secure with an automatic system that charges you as soon as you take the item off even if you don't open it so you can't use the minibar at all. The swimming pool wasn't as good as I thought.
This the absolute best of the best !!!
Attention to details. A true five stars
It looks very nice the best of all the hotels in Las Vegas
Not for family with kids nothing for them to do. And most of the places in the hotel don't accept children
Very nice looking hotel
Nothing for kids it's not for family's
Great room! Nice staff! We got a great room on the 38 floor!
we had to wait a little while on check-in
the luxury, the decoration, the premises are modern, the staff is really professionnal, helping and curteous. The spectacular window from the floor to the ceiling with a view on the Strip.
The warning about the mini-bar: if you take out something (drink in the bar or snack from the coumter) more than 60 seconds you will be automaticaly charged !
very good design, beautifull lake of dreams, big rooms
big queue in the buffet, but this is usual situation for all hotels in Vegas
Bed View Bathroom Room controls (privacy, curtains, lights)
Price of minibar items Lack of ventilation in bathroom
Rooms were fantastic, service was above average in the hotel.
Pools shut at 7pm Service at Terrace Cafe was abominable! Waited over 1.5 hours to have breakfast and charged over $100.
