Friendly staff who volunteered information on sights and travelling into town, and also managed to change the room when it turned out we booked a "smoking" by mistake. Location, though distant from the main sights, also has its plusses: a quiet neighourhood, just opposite the zoo, and a stone's throw from the beach. Not hard to get into downtown via line L which runs from right round the corner to Market Street (about a 30-40 minute journey).

i liked everything asbout it. Mr. Faruk in the office greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me. He made sure I was happy with my room and when i needed the lights fixed he was right there without hesitation. i will make sure I stay here every time i visit San Francisco.
