  I really liked the cleanliness of the rooms. Ours had a nice dark wood floor - no carpeting - which made it easy to see how clean it was. The bathroom was nice - mostly because of the beautifully tiled shower. The outside of the place is very modest, but the room (303 anyway) was very nice and updated.   I had a very good stay at the Ramada hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in close vicinity to a lot restaurants and shops. I traveled as a solo female and I felt safe in the hotel and surrounding areas. I traveled through the city by using the transit which is very cheap at only $1.50 for most buses. Although if you are... hva folk sier » going somewhere alone in the night time, I would recommend taking a taxi because some areas I did not feel very comfortable walking through by myself - Yuvi was an amazing front desk assistant. She went above and beyond to help us after a horrible experience at a neighboring hotel. She made everything better and helped us immediately. Best breakfast buffet I have had in a long while

  The hotel has a good location, in downtown. The staff was very nice, especially one woman who changed are room without any problem because we were not satisfied with first one (was too noisy because of air condition on the roof top). Some rooms are with old furniture but comfortable and clean. It is really good choice for value of money. The Concierge was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our luggage was safely stowed while waiting for our flight and assisting with travel to the airport. Hotel is situated in a Hispanic community - nice, friendly and helpful folks. - I liked that they had donuts and fruit for breakfast. Everyone had a smile on their face and was really welcoming.
