There is no negative thing i would mention.
The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there.
And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or

Close to our destination - walking distance. The staff was very helpful.

Everything was excellent! I have stayed in hotels price much higher that were no where near as nice as this one! It wasn't a luxury hotel of course, but as a home base for a city trip I couldn't ask for more. The staff was awesome, they held our bags for us on the last day in town, which was an incredible favor to us. I will be reccomending to fri

The staff was very good, the location was great, the room was very basic
but clean. This is a funky old art deco style motor hotel that is
maintained to accommodate budget travelers-don't expect valet
parking, or luxury amenities, but do enjoy the no frills quick check in,
working ice/pop machines, in room coffee, and cable tv. And they
have smoking rooms if you are so inclined.

The staff was wonderful. The parking was ok. tight spaces. Our car got a good size scratch from the car that parked next to us. Since is it on Lombard street we were happy that they had onsite parking, instead of having to park on the busy street. Continental breakfast was ok. -

It's a delightful, charming little inn, centrally located and a good bargain. The location was very near Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very positive experience. - Clean, recently redone, decent value. Cheaper rate if you call the motel directly.

A lot better than the other hotel in SF that I stayed in before.
