The complimentary breakfast was amazing an had one of the best selections of any hotel I've been to. Something for everyone! The rooftop terrace was beautiful and great to watch the sunset on as well as to eat. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The large shower was great and always able to get warm water. Ice machines were easily accessible and staff were friendly.

Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent
visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an
excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great.

The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

returned for another stay for my wife's birthday in November 2013.
I was surprising my wife taking her out then to the Hotel because she
loves it here. The lady at the front desk asked me if my wife was

Absolutely excellent customer service. I can't speak highly enough
of their courtesy, friendliness, and desire to make us comfortable. I
was there with my elderly mother, and we will definitely recommend the
hotel to others. They made us feel as if we were visiting friends, as if

My sister and I traveled to NYC for an event at NYU. I loved the location being at Washington Square. We walked to dinner each night at small ethnic restaurants. The free breakfast was a great addition- coffee was very good. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating. This hotel is situated in New Jersey, but a really nice, quiet stay when visiting New York. Our well appointed room was on the 9th floor. A fair size with big double bed, clean bathroom, desk and fridge it was very comfortable. We slept witheet window open and had no problems with noise.

Check in was quick and easy. I loved that the hotel had affordable valet
service so we didn't have to worry about our car during our stay.
Everyone on the staff was so friendly and more than willing to go above
and beyond to help us. The pool and Jacuzzi was amazing, both were
perfect and clean. Our room was so clean and cozy, and the location was
perfect! We were walking distance away from fun and entertainment, and
the train station into the city was right next door. I wish I was able

We've stayed in several hotels in the area-the breakfast, availability of a gym & office space in the basement were unusual for a Brooklyn location and very nice to have. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. the lobby was not cramped and there was lots of parking-all pluses in Brooklyn! Overall, liked the hotel. -

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When I asked if they had a rollaway they ended up offering a completely different room with two beds. Awesome.
