  The staff was very nice and helpful. Our iron in the room was not working and immediately someone brought a new one to our room. Our room was neatly cleaned every day. The hotel provides towels and beach chairs for the beach. The food at the hotel was great especially the strawberry margaritas!!   Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

  Arrived in Miami after having a very rude taxi driver. Was greeted with a friendly welcome at the hotel. We were not informed of any information about the hotel - location of the pool, breakfast etc. We entered what seemed to be the smallest lift known to man, after fitting two people with luggage in, it was a very tight fit, and even worse when o... hva folk sier » ther people are wanting to enter the left also. We arrived in our room (room 329), to find it quite spacious, large living, dining and kitchen area. O - Excellent location at quieter end of Ocean Drive but within easy walking distance of everything . Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite ! Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family. Private exit to area of beach with sun beds and umbrellas and an attendant . Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation and definitely stay there a
