  Wow the staff was so pleasant. The young lady and man on the day shift recently were so accommodating and interested in making our stay all come together. They know who they are, thanks. The walk up to the shuttle for Universal is five minutes walk away. Quick and easy. We walked back to the hotel its that close and downhill. The bedding was so amazingly soft, now I have to go looking for sheet - The room was like a studio apartment, not what we were expecting at all. The bathroom was huge and we especially liked the waterfall shower. The staff were friendly and the parking was undercover and conveniently located. Cross proximity to Universal Studios which was the sole purpose for our stay.

From my window, level 3 ,could see wb studios 5 miles from Chinees theather, after 9.00 am easy to reach Universal Studio 3 miles.   I did not expect much due to some reviews but I was very happy. My daughter and I were active all day and the location was convient to public metro and buses, and the beds were very comfortable.   We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking ... hva folk sier » if you have a late flight home. Bedrooms and public rooms were very clean. The location was excellent, a ten minute walk to the Main Hollywood sights - Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant. - Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro.

  Location was amazing. It was right in the middle of Hollywood bvld. Hotel was very nicely decorated in a vintage way. Breakfast was something very simple but still fine. - A perfect location to hook into Hollywood Blvd activities, tours, etc.
