  I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. We did find out that we should avoid the rush hour when traveling on the metro. The personnel that handled those amenities were very professional and quickly removed our plates as we finished. - This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

We checked in at 1:00am and checked out at 10:30am. But the room was very clean and everything was in its place.   The Chef was a prince of a fellow. A month before arriving I made a request for the room service menu to be faxed so I could design what I wanted.   This was by far a great experience! The hotel staff was incredibly cordial, nice, helpful, and polite. The hotel and rooms were very clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, and amenities were convenient. The location was also perfect. There is also a large shopping mall located right above the metro station, which adds to the hotel's convenience. I was beyond shocked to - The location was near to the sites we planned to see.   Nice place, with pool and good breakfast. Our family was really happy. The Metro (subway) was closer than I expected and easy to walk to. Just remember to go out the back door, up the street in back and under the overpass. You can't get to the metro by walking up the six lane road in front of the hotel. The pool was small but I loved that there was a lifeguard and being able to sit and relax and not worry about my kids being in a huge pool by themselves.

  The location was one of the best aspects. It was walking distance from a lot of excellent eateries. The hotel had a free shuttle to Pentagon City Metro station which connected with downtown D.C. The staff was outstanding and spent time orienting us with directions, attractions and gave excellent recommendations.
