Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

The new remodel is classy and modern. The beds are comfortable and the rooms now have an RFID card access key. The staff is AMAZING. They are very friendly and courteously helpful. They were very attentive to every question or concern. -
