great beds, nice breakfast, easy access to computer, nice pool, reasonably good fitness center. i would certainly stay there again. - Staff were excellent to us, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, great value.

Friendly staff in a cosy, clean hotel. Coming from London, the quality of the room corresponds more to a 3 star than a 2 star hotel. It's wonderful experience! My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay and become friends with the staff. They also provide very useful sugguestions to tourism visitor like us. My wife found her necklace lost when we got back Vancouver. The surprise is, the staff found it in the room and will send it to us! They are awesome! Taking into consideration

This hotel is 5 minutes from where my daughter and her husband live so it's very convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and my daughter and I enjoyed a fun spa night in my room with yummy room service! Great Stay and I'll be back.

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

The bed spreads! They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.
