  The attentive and courteous staff went beyond what they had to do to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. We stayed at the resort for just one-night for our fifth anniversary, but we wish it could have been longer. Thank you for - One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable.   the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. Loved the effeciencies available in the room ... hva folk sier » KING BEDS WOW!!!!!! - This was a great hotel for the money that we will actually be staying at again in a few days at the end of our trip. Good breakfast, the pool and lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby. Cost was reasonable for what we received. Close to Sea World, convention center, and not far from Disney.
