  Staff was courteous, helpful and very welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious enough. Location is ideal: metro is at corner of the street, 7 minutes walk from 5th and 6th street and about 15 minutes walk from Times square. - LOVED the upgrade to the rooms.   Staff greeted guests and were able to distinguish guests from people coming to the onsite club. I was able to leave a laptop in the room without it being disturbed.
