The staff was incredibly friendly and even helpful with the baby we had with us. Parking was free! The beds were amazingly comfortable. And the room was very well appointed. - This is a fanatastic place to stay! It's very near my daughter, which is why I chose to stay there. The rooms are amazing: new, very "modern", and the blue light!

The staff was helpful and friendly. They were responsive to requests and
pro-active in ensuring that all was going well. The rooms were clean and
well tended.
The location of the hotel is excellent as a subway stop on a major line going toward Manhattan lies literally only a few paces from the hotel door.

Great value for money as it is very near Manhattan city. The location is really convenient, just steps from the subway and many places to eat even late at night.
The staff (esp Jose) were really helpful, upon request and room availability, they helped us moved to a higher floor with great view of Manhattan city with no hassle and all with smiles.
Breakfast was great, warm waffles and eggs, bacon and sausages, even though they were the same each day, there was variety to choose from like cereal

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When I asked if they had a rollaway they ended up offering a completely different room with two beds. Awesome. The breakfast that was included was great with a variety of wonderful options. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything we needed. -

At first getting there I was thinking it was abit far from downtown. But once you walk around the neighbourhood you realize EVERYTHING is at your disposal.. A friend and I (30s females) travel to NYC all the time.. This is the first time in do or die bed stuy! And it was fun!! Liquor store on the corner.. Shops up the street(fulton) club close by (Ice lounge) restaurants galore.. Will definetly stay again!!

Room - clean - tile floors rather than carpet.
Bathroom - clean and in good repair
Toiletries - unexpected; toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, comb, shampoo, organic lotion, tissues.
Breakfast -- more than adequate -- yoghurt, fruit, cereals, bagels, juices -- real butter and real cream for coffee rather than "substitute".

Very conveniently located(the subway is 2 blocks away, D line that can take you both downtown and to Coney Island without changing lines) very very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, super clean( daily room service no matter what time you leave the hotel.I would totally stay there again and I recommend it to anyone (family or couples) that want to have the best there is at a very fair price.

There was a blackboard and chalks in the bathroom and Henry Miller quotes on the corridor walls. Cool and artsy in a very Brooklynese way, loved it! Another guest review says the neighborhood is rundown, it's not. It's racially mixed and young, but not rundown at all.

The facilities were beautiful. Everything was very modern and clean.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was pleasant (there was a
nice vanilla scent to the waiting area). The close proximity to metro
stations, starbucks, restaurants, and shops was also quite convenient.

We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile

Me and my wife love the Aloft. We came here Christmas Eve of 2012 and
returned for another stay for my wife's birthday in November 2013.
I was surprising my wife taking her out then to the Hotel because she
loves it here. The lady at the front desk asked me if my wife was

Absolutely excellent customer service. I can't speak highly enough
of their courtesy, friendliness, and desire to make us comfortable. I
was there with my elderly mother, and we will definitely recommend the
hotel to others. They made us feel as if we were visiting friends, as if
