  The hotel was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, wonderful front desk service (prompt, friendly and helpful). The room was a good size for NY, 2 Queen beds very comfortable, mini fridge & freezer with a bit of a loud hum/vibration and the bathroom was nice, clean with tub and great shower. There are 3 rooms per floor (two of which look over Columbus Park- these are recommended for good entertainmen - Absolutely everything was amazing! The room was amazingly clean. As a couple with a 12 month old who requires crawling all day, the room needed to be exceptionally clean and it was just that. Never a piece of trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms. The staff was always friendly and willing to help us get around to any place

Soft-Drinks and Treats in the room are all gratis which - The closest hotel I have found is the Milestone in London. It has perfect, large rooms for NYC, free snacks and soft drinks, a wonderful spa, and enough quirks and charms to make it I suspect the best hotel experience in NYC. You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience.

We had to leave for Canada after a one night stay and he helpfully offered to safekeep our luggages for 3 days as we were returning to the hotel for another stay. The subway is right in front and Chinatown on the right with lots of eateries and shopping. A fantastic hotel we woul - The hotel is in a central part of Manhattan, close to Tribeca and Chinatown and next to a subway station. So it was easy to explore the city from the hotel. Staff was very helpful. When the smoke detector in a neighbour's room started beeping as the battery had run out (can happen) they were quick to replace it, so there was no more a loud noise coming from it. Free WiFi!

Omar at the front desk was very helpful in granting our room request on the top floor and Edwin was helpful in keeping our bags for us before/after check-in and check-out.   The staff were just excellent. Requests were responded to immediately, and the bellmen were wonderful. On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly. The room was very quiet. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

  This hotel is in Chinatown and located only a few doors down from directly under the Manhattan bridge. Sounds terrible but it's not. We were on a budget and this hotel was perfect. It makes a huge difference being on Manhattan, so as long as you can stand the Asian smells on the sidewalk, everything from here is as accessible as anywhere else on m... hva folk sier » anhattan. The metro is a 5 min walk away taking you to time square within 20mins or less. The room was large, clean and recently refurbished. The beds - I though the hotel was very clean, especially the rooms. The location was good, train stations were 3-4 blocks away which made getting around town easy. The neighborhood (Chinatown), although dirty was safe. Staff was friendly and tentative for the most part. The rooms, for being nyc were good size. There was not porter fee to pay for as a group booking.
