The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel staff were extremely helpful from giving directions to
restaurant recommendations. It is located in the heart of the city and
the lite rail makes it very easy to get around. The facilities were
great bar, gym and spa. The room itself was of a high standard and I had
no problems with my stay. -

The hotel rooms were very clean and big. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was great. There were stores attached to the hotel, make it easy to go from store to store and not have to go outside. -

When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." When I arrived, there was a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a sticky notes with a smile drawn on it. Under my pillow, was a Hershey's chocolate bar with a note that said "Thanks for being

Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).
