  There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room. We will be back for sure! Thanks guys! The food at the restaurant downstairs was excellent! The breakfast is huge could not believe it was free I would have paid for something that good anywhere else.

  This was a very good value hotel in an excellent location. At first glance, the location may seem a bit out of the way, but it is only a short walk across the river into downtown Hartford. We decided this was preferable to staying in one of the downtown hotels, as it was a quiet location and away easy to get to from the motorway. - My wife, baby ... hva folk sier » daughter and I had a good stay at this conveniently located hotel only three minutes drive from downtown Hartford. We felt welcomed at the hotel and were even given a list of recommended places to eat, which proved helpful as we arrived after 9pm. I would happily stay at the hotel again.

  The staff was very friendly and professional. During the night we left the room and couldn't get back in with our key card. Maintenance was very quick to arrive and solve the problem. - Everyone especially the doorman was real friendly.
