It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

I had Room 301, the biggest one on the floor. Very comfortable bed, enough space for your stuff and very clean. I have been many times in NYC and the Lower East Side has become a hot spot, therefore the location of the Hotel is also good. Subway is only 2 blocks away. Very friendly staff and the restaurant in the basement is serving an outstanding omelet :-)
