I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect
in that it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I'm
still trying to get over the tv that was embedded in the bathroom

From the lobby we came in to a very modern and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and always available. Excellent recommendations for tours and very informative. They also booked dinner reservations for us. We really enjoyed the King suite. The space was very comfortable. The shower and double sink was truly appreciated. The sky terrace was great. The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown! Many thanks! -

The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.
