  We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome! They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. My wife and I had a really great time being in Chicago. Luxury at a very reasonable price! I will definitely be planning a longer stay in the near futu... hva folk sier » re! Simply a great experience, Thanks Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park!!! - When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, too.
