Not only was the staff eceptionally nice the hotel itself was very clean and very nice. Easy to get to and easy parking! Bonus there is a TGI Friday's in the lobby! Also you have the option of being able to swim in their neighbors pool, all connected JW Marriot, Fairfeild and Springmill suites!! Will stay again!! -

Was very close to the Exact Target Connections conference facilities. The room was comfortable (beds were comfy, nice linens & good pillows) & the curtains were true blackout. I stayed on the Concierge floor, so really enjoyed the convenience of the food served there. All the staff members were service-oriented & friendly. -

The staff were wonderful - especially Cherie at the front desk- We want to make sure management knows what a gem they have there. Complementary breakfast was delicious with hot dishes included. We loved everything about our stay. The room was great! I thought I reserved a 1 bedroom queen suite city view and when we got there it was actually a 2 bedroom queen suite with a canal view, it was amazing! We came into town for the football game and my boyfriends 30th birthday, the staff brought him a birthday card and some candy that was so nice of them. A true surprise. The location was perfect. Built inside an old Railway Station with Train car rooms available. This is a historic beautiful building with great facilities. Currently undergoing renovations which did not bother us at all and can only be a benefit. We loved the statues and the history of the building.

Our view over looked a dumpster but it is the basic room. The rooms are nice and more designed for a long stay. The location is what makes it worth the young staff and the ok accommodations. -
