I stayed out running around the city all day so I didn't need a fancy hotel to accommodate me. All I needed was a bed and a shower, both of which were clean and provided to me at a great cost by the hostel. This is my second stay at this hostel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located in a great location (about 10 min walk from Willis Tower and 3 min walk from a CTA blue line station).
The room was clean and tidy, bathrooms clean and showers HOT.

They helped us find food, transportation, and made us feel extremely

Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was
spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked
the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The
location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice
long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with
the facility and would definitely stay there again.
