The polo towers was very clean, they had very friendly staff, and was
perfect for what me and my friends needed. We got the 2 bedroom suite
for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal
space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We
requested a top floor view of the strip and they were able to provide it
to us, which was great except we had to wait literally 2 hours when they
had told us it would only take no more than 30 - 60 minutes for them to

Nice, very clean room, spacious but could have been a bit larger (we had big suitcases and was tricky to find the right spot to open them). Nice furniture, in very good state. Staff at front desk were always pleasant and helpful.
Hotel was very clean and well kept.
Workout room was great, well equipped and everything worked. Personal TVs on equipment was nice.
The free parking was also nice.
No free parking in Baltimore!!

We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos. We were able to drop our bags off before checking in, the pool(s) and hot tub(s) were great and open 24/7 (except for during a rain storm of course) . Not sure if this is a plus or a minus but this hotel is extremely family friendly which was not what we expected. It's also around the corner from the start of the strip (luxor/mgm grand area) and while "around the corner" in Vegas is still pretty far, the location was great for the price. Also room service was always super quick and friendly.

In all my travel I am yet to see anything like the Wynn Las Vegas. I thought the Atlantis Dubai was awesome till I visited Wynn. The Wynn Encore combo is ah mazing!!! And looks everything like the pictures on letsbookhotel.com website. No photo shopping here.We will definitely visit again. This time spend a longer time to really enjoy what this hotel has to offer.
