  Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we did not feel out of place with our 4 boys aged 11-20. It was expensive, but then everything in New York is expensive! The breakfasts were very good (but not included).The hotel is near several subway s... hva folk sier » tations so it is really easy to get around. - This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

  Nice, big and and clean room with a convenient location mid-manhatten. Small breakfast and coffe available at all hours also very convenient. - This was our first time staying at the Broadway Plaza Hotel but it will definitely be our first choice for the next time we visit NYC. Fabulous staff, perfect location and wonderful facilities.
