I love this little Inn. It is by far the least expensive place to stay in Chelsea/Flatiron. It is not fancy by any means but it is quiet and the location is great. It's half a block off 5th ave shopping, two blocks from Union square and 2 blocks from 8th Ave in Chelsea. The rooms have a refrigerator which was rare to find for the price. There

The location and the courteous staff! Very comfortable and quiet and clean and you can get the sense of actually living there when you stay in this wonderful historic building. I will always book at the Chelsea Inn whenever I travel to NYC. The location is central to Union Square Station, and only one block over from 5th Avenue. From here, it's easy to get to anywhere in this beautiful City!

Great staff and very helpful. Lovely hardwood floors and kitchenette in the rooms....it makes you feel like you are actually living in a flat in NYC. Free exercise included (there is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs, no problem because you'll need to burn calories after feasting on NYC's culinary delights). -

The location is excellent - right near the subway station, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), the room was clean, the hotel has guest laundry facility (this is important to me), the lobby is very pleasent -
I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City

I received a very warm and friendly welcome from Ana in the Chelsea
Pines Inn, and all the staff there were charming and lovely throughout
my short stay. The location of this Inn is excellent - a few steps away
from an underground station, Chelsea Market and the High Line. Small
touches like complimentary water and printing facilities makes Chelsea
Pines Inn compare favourably to more upscale places I stayed in ny
(where they were charging $8 for a small bottle of water!).

Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent
visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an
excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great.

The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

- Location: the hotel is situated only a few steps from the Flatiron building. It is a nice area with beautiful places for having breakfast and dinner. Visit the markets at Union Square and General Worth Square.
- Our room was very spacious and nicely furnished. Actually, our room was too big since we only went there to sleep.
- Staff was very, very friendly and helpful! We needed an iron which they organized within 5 minutes. Also the cab to JFK was no problem. Thank you guys!

The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). The complimentary breakfast was amazing an had one of the best selections of any hotel I've been to. Something for everyone! The rooftop terrace was beautiful and great to watch the sunset on as well as to eat. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The large shower was great and always able to get warm water. Ice machines were easily accessible and staff were friendly.
