  On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean. The bed and linen were very nice with 5 great nights sleep. The hotel was very well located for all areas i.e. times square, 5th Avenue. A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

  Recently opened and rooms and facilities are in top class condition. All the staff were really engaged and working to ensure I had a great stay. The service was great, staff were friendly; there were some people who truly stood out Gabriella at the front desk and her manager (whos name I do not recall) who personally ran up to our room to move the champagne and chocolates (which they very kindly gave us as an anniversary present) to our new upgraded r... hva folk sier » oom, which we loved. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.
