  Staff took our luggage and held for us while we went to the saints game. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Will stay here again. Great location and clean!!! - Staff availability, cleanliness and location (5 min to French Quarter and 5min to the warehouse district)

  Great staff made us feel welcome and very helpful with all our questions. It was a joy to meet and chat with the staff at this hotel, would stay here again! Very close to French Quarter, cruise terminal everything was within walking distance, safe area to stay at. - The staff was friendly, and the place was clean.   The location was great! The facilities good. The Staff was helpful. Great area of City (The Garden District). Plenty of places in the area to choose to eat at. Strongly recommend New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood Restaurant which is in the area. Don't be fooled by the fast food atmosphere, this is a great place to eat, the Seafood is great and ver... hva folk sier » y affordable, easy to get to either walking (from the hotel a long walk for most seniors, easy for younger folk), driving (short drive, there is resta - The atmosphere was perfect and everything I had expected when I booked the room. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ran into some issue @ the beginning of our trip and weren't able to rent a car as planned. One of the staff members sat with us for an hour directing us to the best restaurants and bars outside of the French quarters. The location was perfect. Just a short block from the street cars. Since we didn't have a vehicle it was very convenient.
