I have a difficult last name, but all of the staff immediately remembered it and also pronounced it correctly. - The location couldn't have been more convenient!   Beautiful older Hotel renovated in the last few years, We were there for our Anniversary and got a really nice room with a great view of the lake on the 26th floor. Room was nice and big. I never heard any other guests. Right across the street from John Hancock building. Elegant. I liked how I could close the doors to the bedroom and watch tv in the living area. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.

  The hotel is in an excellent location. I really like the courtyard and the clean environment.The staff were excellent especially the janitors - 5 star service. Warm and friendly staff. The fact that they do not accept tips made their committment to excellence all the more valid.
