  Everything. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming.I just love the setting. - The hotel was nice and our room was just like a room at a Holiday Inn; it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. There was a deli right next door and a liquor store on the other side. There were also a large grocery store and diner (good ... hva folk sier » food and reasonable prices) nearby. The hotel is two blocks from Port Authority . It is a great location. I felt the area was safe.

  The location is brilliant indeed - some few steps from the Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention and thank Trinita, who checked me in much earlier that she was supposed to. It is a perfect choice once you are not going to spend all day long in a room and only need some rest after sightseeing. The rooms... hva folk sier » are small - that is true, but it cannot be a surprise, when you are full aware of that. Will definitely stay here again when next time in ny. - Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

  This was a simple hotel but given that it's more or less the cheapest you can expect to pay for something decent in Manhattan, it's great value for money. And staff are nice, rooms are perfectly fine for a short stay, the internet connection was really good, and the East Village location was great for what we wanted. - Area was rad.
