  Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

Parking in the street is fairly easy to find on weekends for free. Excellent restaurant and spectacular view on the top floor

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground.   Great hotel and good value for money. We stayed with 4 people in a room and it was good sized. The room was very clean and the location is quite good. We had a car and therefore could easily reach all tourist locations without any problems. It was very safe and clean and parking was readily available - a HUGE plus in Manhattan!
